The photos

The photos on this site are the work of RMCD Photography and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to look at them and to share a link to a photo or album, including on Facebook. Please don't copy, edit or reuse them (including for anything you sell or advertise with) without asking us first.

Your account

You sign in with Facebook. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and don't use someone else's. We can close an account that is being misused.

Adding your car

You can say that a car is yours so its photos are gathered for you. Please only add a car that is yours, or was. Adding a car takes effect straight away, and photos of it are then shown under "Your cars". We rely on people being honest.

If someone adds cars that aren't theirs, we can take those cars off them and stop them adding any more. You can also take a photo out of your car if we've linked it wrongly.

Being sensible

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site.
• Don't use it to harass anyone or to find out where someone lives.
• Don't collect the photos or the number plates in them in bulk.

Taking a photo down

If you're in a photo, or it shows your car, and you'd like it removed, tell us and we'll take it down. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data and how to get in touch.

No guarantees

We do our best, but the site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable or change at any time, and the number plates and car details we read from photos are automatic and can be wrong. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law, or our responsibility where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
